HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:
The Pettegrew family has run a rental property business for years! Now is the time to close and liquidate all business assets. We have some personal treasures, tools, machinery, repair supplies and almost every tool for “Doing it yourself!” They found that, many times, it was quicker and best to just do the job themselves. Whether it was from cutting keys on the key machine to siding a home with their metal brake, trenching and sewer repair or stump grinding, tree trimming to chipping it up, or drywall repair to concrete flat work! You will see what I mean as you scroll through the lots we put together. This is a large auction, so don’t lose track of your bids... If you bid on it once, the computer tags it for you for bidding later on! I hear from several that they miss an item in a large auction. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available. Tips accepted if you do need help.
PLEASE NOTE:
All gun buyers must pick up in person. Buyer’s must be current residents of the state of Kansas, have a valid Kansas Issued ID, be 21 years of age or older, and maintain all of their 2nd Amendment Rights. We will not ship guns and ammo. Furniture comes out of the basement in the home - bring trailers. Bring help to load items, not your wife or the crippled old man. If that is the case, bring cash for tips. Bring 2-wheeler, straps, and packing blankets. For heavy equipment outside, we will be using the tractor on-site to load your implements. If you have implements, we suggest you come the first day before the tractor disappears! If you win the tractor, we will release it to you the final day, after 3pm.

Joan Kistler is moving to the great white north! She can’t take it all with her, so we have been asked to help her clean up her apartment! She and her late husband Lloyd raised pigeons, haunted pool halls and bought and sold at local flea markets all the time! From her small farm upbringing came her love of Holstein cows which then grew into pigeons and small birds which they raised. You will see some of that in the Knick knacks in this collection!The love of dolls came from weekly Dillon's food stamps which (as a kid) got her a doll every visit! Lloyd was a mechanic (hence the car models), and an avid pool league participant who made it to Vegas for a tournament or two as well! We assembled this auction for you, now it’s time for her “next chapter” of life! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Shopping with us at this auction site will be a pleasure! We have wrapped and bagged each lot. This will save you time and effort when you get here! The lots may be on the smallish side, but the money will be well spent as there won’t be any missing items or broken pieces! We also took time to make smaller book lots so you wouldn’t have to “haul out so many, to enjoy a few.”
